Hello there! I am Teacher Milly. I am from the Philippines, 30 of age and I love music and travelling. In my free-time, I listen to music and play the guitar, because it helps me relax and sometimes I travel to unwind and to explore new places. I've been working as an online English Teacher for about 8 years now. In my teaching experiences I already handled different levels of learners like, zero-English, beginner, intermediate, and even adult students. I was also able to teach students with different kinds of nationality like Chinese, Filipino, Korean, Mongolian, and currently Taiwanese. I love teaching because I am able to share my knowledge and also help the students to enhance their knowledge. I also get the chance to learn from them because I believe even us, the teachers still learn something from our students. To add on that, I make sure that my students have fun in class while learning because they tend to look forward attending the class, they engage and participate more with the teacher and to the lesson being discussed. I am also skilled with an effective use of total physical response and the ability to engage with students, communication skills, written skills and I can also identify the strengths and weaknesses of my students. I make sure that I manage my time and I am good at multi-tasking. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I started working in 2015 as a full-time English Online Tutor in IELTS, Inc. here in the Philippines. I've handled Chinese students from kids to adults and lasted in 2021. I also became a part-time teacher around the month of October in the year of 2021 in this company "Thinkboxx", where I handled Filipino, Korean, and Mongolian kids. Now, I am currently working as a full-time teacher and a Team Leader in FlyingDG Tutorial. I train new teachers and help them with their concerns and I helped the manager transferring the salaries to the teachers under me. I also have a TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) Cambridge and a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language)
