Teacher Joan

Hello there! My name is Teacher Joan, and I’m from the Philippines. I am very excited to meet you and to be part of your English learning journey. Learning English can help you express yourself better, make new friends from around the world, and build your confidence day by day. That’s why I’m so passionate about teaching, and I’m so happy to be your teacher! Let me share a little bit about myself. One of my favorite hobbies is reading storybooks. Ever since I was young, I’ve loved getting lost in different stories. In our classes, we're going to read lots of fun stories. Books take us on magical adventures, help us use our imagination, and teach us valuable lessons in fun and exciting ways. I also enjoy playing with kids and making our classes as enjoyable as possible. In my class, we don’t just sit and study, we sing songs, play games, and do fun activities that make learning more exciting and memorable. Sometimes, learning English can feel a little tricky, and that’s completely okay! It’s normal to feel unsure or need extra time to understand something. Don’t worry! I will always be here to help you, guide you, and cheer you on. As your teacher, I promise to make each class meaningful, fun, and full of positive energy. I’ll do my best to create a safe and friendly space where you can be yourself and enjoy learning. So, are you ready to learn English while having fun?
